Dear Team Manager,
There will be a new hotel reservation process in place for the 2012 Fargo Flyers Squirt International Tournament. The new process will ensure all teams have quality hotel accommodations and will reduce the last minute search for hotel rooms that so many teams go through each year, and each year it seems to get tougher for teams to find rooms. After a lot of research, we have decided to partner with a hotel reservation service, PSE Tournament Housing. They act as every teams personal reservation service, providing all teams with a one-stop-shop reservation process.
New Hotel Reservation Process Details for 2012: For 2012, all teams & families (family members) will be required to book their rooms through the reservation service prior to applying and being accepted into the tournament. You will receive a hotel confirmation code from the hotel service which you will need to provide on your application form for 2012.
Implementing this policy allows us to increase the number of rooms available to teams to ensure sufficient availability for all accepted teams
